Aum Chakra – Order Cancellation, Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Aum Chakra, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read our policies carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation Policy

We process orders quickly and accurately. Most orders are processed within 6–8 hours.

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at

• After 24 hours, the order is considered final and ready for shipment and cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation Fee

• If cancelled before processing or shipping, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover restocking and payment gateway charges.

• Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

We love our customers and try to make the process easy. However, returns are accepted only under the conditions listed below.

✅ Returns Accepted Only For:

1️⃣ Wrong Item Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us immediately for a replacement.

2️⃣ Damaged or Broken Product

• Once verified, our courier partner will pick up the product and a replacement will be dispatched.

⏰ Important:
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Product Quality Issue

If you are not satisfied with the product quality:

• You may request a return within 24 hours of delivery

• After 24 hours, the product will not be eligible for refund or replacement

• Customer bears all shipping and packaging costs for such returns or exchanges

Exchange Policy (Newly Added)

We are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Allowed If:

• Product is damaged or broken on delivery

• Wrong product received from our side

➡ In these cases, Aum Chakra will bear the exchange shipping cost.

Exchange for Customer Reasons:

• If you do not like the product

• If you ordered the wrong product by mistake

➡ Exchange is allowed only if the product is unused, in original condition, and original packaging
➡ Customer must pay the shipping cost at their end

• We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection

• Measurements are clearly mentioned to help you choose correctly

Shipping & Return Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for return shipping and packaging costs

• We do not accept COD returns or prepaid return shipments

• Please save your tracking number—we are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns

Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item

• Refunds are made to the original payment method only

• Only the product price will be refunded

• Shipping, handling, processing, and customs charges are non-refundable

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for postal or courier delays.
If your order is not delivered within 5–7 days after shipping confirmation, contact us at

Returned / Refused / Unclaimed Orders

• Incorrect address → customer must repay shipping charges

• Refused or unclaimed deliveries → no refund will be issued

Sale / Promotion Items

• Sale or discounted items are non-refundable

• Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds

Invalid Reasons for Cancellation or Refund

• Buyer changed their mind

• Buyer found the product cheaper elsewhere

Once an order is placed, it becomes a legally binding purchase agreement.
